What is Pebbli?
Pebbli helps you track meals, weight and workouts in chat. Add meals by text, photo or voice, review your daily totals, and ask questions about the information you've shared.
What does Pebbli remember?
Pebbli can use saved meals, activity, goals and preferences in its replies. You can review Memory in Chat preferences and ask Pebbli to remember or forget something.
How do I fix a food estimate?
Tell Pebbli what needs changing, such as the portion, ingredients or calories. Clear photos and portion details help, but nutrition estimates can still be inaccurate. Check Day Review to confirm the saved entry.
Why are my steps not showing?
In Pebbli, open Settings → Apple Health and follow the permission guide. Allow Steps access in Apple Health, then return to Pebbli; readable activity refreshes automatically. Make sure Apple Health has steps recorded for the date you are viewing.
What happens when I disconnect Apple Health?
Turn off Pebbli’s read permissions in Apple Health to stop new activity reads. Previously synced steps and active energy stay in your history and may still be used to personalize replies and summaries. Revoking permissions does not delete those records; use Pebbli’s history deletion or account deletion controls if you want to remove them.
Do carried calories or activity change my calorie target?
No. The small carry and activity numbers are for reference. Your daily target stays the same, and calories left is your target minus the food you logged.
The app will not load. What should I try?
Check your internet connection, close and reopen Pebbli, and make sure you have the latest app version. If the problem continues, email us with your device model, app version and what happened.
Where did my history go?
Check that you signed in with the same account and sign-in method you used before. If your saved records are still missing, contact us from the email associated with your account when possible.
How do I manage reminders?
Use the reminders switch in Pebbli Settings. You can also manage notification permission in your device Settings.
How do I manage or restore a subscription?
Manage or cancel your subscription in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. If Pebbli shows the Premium screen, use Restore to recover an existing Apple purchase. Sign in with the Pebbli account originally used for that purchase and the Apple Account that holds the subscription. Deleting Pebbli or your account does not cancel your Apple subscription.
How do I delete my account or request my data?
Use the account controls in Settings to clear logged history or delete your account. For help with a data request, export or deletion problem, email us.
