Using Pebbli
Pebbli is operated by Yunus Emre Balak. These terms cover the Pebbli app and pebbli.fit. Contact: support@pebbli.fit. By accepting these terms during signup, you agree to the conditions below. The Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled.
You must be at least 18 and meet any higher minimum age required where you live to use Pebbli.
Your account
Keep your sign-in credentials secure and provide information you are entitled to share. You are responsible for activity you authorize on your account. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
AI suggestions and estimates
Pebbli helps record meals, activity and progress and suggests nutrition goals. Automated estimates can miss ingredients, misread photos or misunderstand messages. Review saved entries and proposed changes, and correct mistakes before relying on them.
The app provides general wellness information, not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or professional nutritional care. It is not a medical device or an emergency service and cannot assess whether a plan is appropriate for a medical condition. Do not rely on a photo or automated estimate to identify allergens or determine whether food is safe for you. Seek qualified professional guidance for health decisions. Results are not guaranteed.
Your content and AI processing
You retain ownership of your messages, photos and other submitted content. You give Pebbli permission to store and process that content, and to engage service providers as needed to deliver the features you use. This permission is limited to operating the service; it does not give us a right to publish your private content.
We send relevant content to third-party AI providers to provide chat replies, summaries, meal-photo conversations and voice transcription. Depending on the feature, this may include your messages, submitted meal photos or voice audio, profile details, food and activity logs, conversation history, summaries and saved memories. Relevant Apple Health activity already synchronized with Pebbli may also be included. The Privacy Policy describes these flows, retention and your controls. Pebbli does not use your content to train its own AI models.
Apple Health
Connecting Apple Health is optional. With your permission, Pebbli reads and stores steps, active energy and workouts to personalize the service. Pebbli does not write data to Apple Health.
Relevant Health information may be processed by third-party AI providers for replies, summaries and meal-photo conversations. Turning off Apple Health access stops new collection, but does not delete previously saved data or stop its use. Use Pebbli’s deletion controls to remove saved records. The Privacy Policy explains data use, retention and your choices.
Access and payments
Using Pebbli requires Premium access, offered through monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions or an applicable promotional access grant. A 7-day free trial may be offered to eligible subscribers; Apple determines eligibility and displays the applicable offer before purchase. A trial becomes paid unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. The price, billing period and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Price changes follow Apple's notice and consent requirements. Premium includes daily fair-use limits shown in the app.
Purchases are made as Apple in-app purchases and billed to your Apple Account. Manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store account settings. Cancellation stops future renewal; Apple determines the remaining access period, including any effect of cancelling a free trial. Refunds are handled by Apple under its procedures and your applicable consumer rights. Deleting a Pebbli account does not itself cancel an Apple subscription.
Use Restore on the paywall with the Apple Account used for the purchase and the Pebbli account to which it is linked. A purchase already linked to another Pebbli account cannot be transferred through Restore; contact support for help locating the correct account. Promotional access does not change Apple's trial eligibility rules.
App license and third-party services
The iOS app is licensed under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), linked below. These terms describe Pebbli's service, content and subscription conditions alongside that license. Your mandatory consumer rights remain in effect.
Apple, Google and other services you choose to use have their own applicable terms and privacy policies. Pebbli remains responsible for its own service and data practices; references to third-party terms do not remove rights you have against us under applicable law.
Responsible use
Do not access another person’s account, bypass usage or security controls, disrupt the service, or upload content you have no right to share. Pebbli’s software, branding and designs remain the property of their respective owners.
Service changes and account closure
We may change features, pause service for maintenance, or restrict access to address abuse or security concerns. You can stop using Pebbli and request account deletion in Settings. The Privacy Policy explains retention and deletion.
Availability, uninterrupted access and error-free outputs cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pebbli is supplied as available. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Disputes and these terms
Contact support@pebbli.fit with a description of a concern so we can try to resolve it. This does not limit your right to contact a regulator or bring a claim in a court available to you under applicable law, or require you to give up mandatory consumer protections.
If a provision cannot lawfully be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A delay in enforcing a provision does not by itself waive the right to enforce it later.
Updates and questions
We will date revised terms and provide notice of material changes. Where new permission is required, a policy update alone will not substitute for it. Contact support@pebbli.fit about these terms or a dispute so we can try to resolve it.
