Scope and contact
Yunus Emre Balak operates Pebbli. This notice describes consumer health data under Washington's My Health My Data Act for Washington residents and people whose consumer health data is collected in Washington. Contact support@pebbli.fit about this notice or your health data.
Health data we collect and why
We collect nutrition and dietary information, meals, calorie and nutrient estimates, weight and other body measurements, fitness goals and activity records you provide. Health-related information can also appear in your messages, meal or progress photos, submitted voice audio, transcripts, preferences and support requests. Age and sex may be used with these records to calculate goals. Account identifiers connect these records to you.
With your device permission, Apple Health supplies steps, active energy and workouts, including activity type, start time, duration and energy. Pebbli also creates health-related inferences such as nutrition estimates, goals, summaries, trends and saved memories from the information you provide. We use these categories to deliver the logging, progress review and personalized conversations you request, and to respond to your support requests.
Sources of health data
Sources are information you enter, upload or send to support; Apple Health when you permit access; and estimates, summaries and other inferences generated by Pebbli and its AI providers from that information.
Health data we disclose and recipients
Hosting, database and file-storage providers process the health records and associated account identifiers needed to operate Pebbli. AI providers process relevant messages, profile and goal details, nutrition and activity records, Apple Health context, photos, history, summaries and memories to provide the conversation or estimate you request. Transcription providers process audio you submit and return text. Support-email providers process health information you choose to include in a support request.
These are the categories of service providers and third-party recipients that may receive health data, depending on the feature you use. Pebbli has no corporate affiliates receiving consumer health data. We do not sell consumer health data or share it for advertising or marketing.
Your Washington health-data rights
You may confirm collection or sharing, access your health data and request a list of third-party and affiliate recipients with contact details, withdraw consent, or request deletion. Email support@pebbli.fit. We verify identity without requiring a new account. Requests receive a response within 45 days; a permitted extension of up to 45 more days requires notice and reasons. Access is free up to twice annually, subject to statutory exceptions.
If we decline your request, you can appeal by emailing support@pebbli.fit with Health privacy appeal in the subject. We will respond in writing within 45 days and explain our decision. If we deny your appeal, we will provide a way to contact the Washington Attorney General to submit a complaint.
Deletion rights include notifying recipients and addressing archived or backup copies as required by law. Eligible backup deletion may take up to six months after verification. Device permission revocation stops new Apple Health reads, but does not delete saved records. Use Pebbli's deletion controls or contact support to request their removal.
